Required Experience & Credentials
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in heavy-duty (Class 8) truck and trailer repair
- Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills (electrical, air, brakes, suspension, PMs)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Own set of tools and a smartphone
- Comfortable using digital systems (Fullbay, GPS, part sourcing apps)
- ASE T-series certifications (T4 and T6 preferred) are a strong plus
